Key responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned Territory (Gulf Region)
- Expand customer base into identified verticals
- Prospecting clients to enlarge company portfolio (Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, Cladding and Glazing solution)
- Driving daily site to site to meet key clients
- Identifying annual tenders and contracts, and securing them
- Demonstrating on-site equipment demos and providing basic training to end-users
- Providing weekly report to company management and monthly review on figures achieved against targets
- Increase end-user professional and technical knowledge by educational workshops, site visits, seminars
- Develop sales opportunities within existing accounts by offering new and innovative solutions
- Manage customer activities in CRM system
- Coordinate activities with distributors
- > 10% Travel time (most customers are in UAE)

Key requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Technical acumen - education or technical work experience;
- Communication skills (assertive, opened),
- Results oriented - sales driven;
- Negotiation skills;
- Presentation skills;
- Planning and prioritization capabilities - able to plan activities on weekly/monthly/annual basis;
- Project management capabilities;
- Fluent English
- Very active and energized personality
