We have an opening for an Application Support Analyst who has a passion in providing the highest quality customer service with a technical focus and takes a proactive approach in improving support delivery. This will be a 3 years fixed term role and will be based on our client site in Abu Dhabi.

So, as an Application Support Analyst, you'll provide world-class customer focused support and serve as a primary contact for clients who experience service interruptions or seek technical advice on Orion Health Products.. Application Support Analyst will troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to Orion Health software products and configuration errors for projects and customers. You will also be proactive in your support in avoiding problems. Your sound know-how to investigate, troubleshoot and create technical solutions for these errors.

You'll have exposure to our customers, cutting-edge software products and the best professionals in the healthcare technology sector.

About You

You'll have an enquiring mind – this means you enjoy trouble-shooting issues, delving into software products to understand how they work (and break) and continually develop yourself to become a highly regarded knowledge hub.

• You must-have experience in Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in an on-site and remote first/second level Application Support role
• Working with database technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
• Java, JavaScript, or .NET programming languages is an advantageous
• Knowledge of Internet Protocols, LINUX, Windows, XML and XSLT
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree is essential
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem solving environment


 

Experience in a vendor or health IT environment is a plus, and experience with Orion Health products, Rhapsody or complex, configurable, integrated products will be highly advantageous.
