Computer Operations: Operate computing and communications systems strictly following schedules; standards and procedures ensuring service level objectives of departments are met accurately and timely.

Data Files Management: Upload / download data files from/to host systems using appropriate mechanisms for all financial transaction and reporting requirements

Report Generation: Provide periodic computerized reports to all GDUs and ensure production and security of all critical Bank information

Special Reports: Produce microfiche reports and provide duplicate copies to all branches upon request. Prepare statistical reports for all host applications showing on-line availability and batch completion on a daily basis
